Rental Information

Coop Diamonds Luxury Rentals requires the main contact person on a reservation to sign a guest agreement. After booking with Coop Diamonds, you will receive a detailed confirmation email. The email will include a link to review/sign the guest agreement. Please be sure to complete and return within 15 days of booking. The guest agreement is signed digitally, once completed a fully executed copy will be sent to the email address provided.

Payment schedule

50% deposit required. Balance due no later than February 1st.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Included in total amount. The refundable damage deposit is returned no more than 30 days after departure, providing there has been no damage. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify Mark & Debbie immediately.

Cancellation policy

The amount you deposit towards booking (50%) is non-refundable.

Property rules

NO team parties or large gatherings.
NO smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes inside home.
