Terms & Conditions
Kindly note that your accommodation is subject to all Terms and Conditions contained in the Rental Agreement that will be signed by you prior to booking and reservation. This page is only meant to give you a broad overview of the conditions for booking and accommodation.
Reservation Policy:
- A deposit of one-half the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
- The balance of the total rental fee is due February 1st.
- Primary renter should be minimum 25 years old.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Policy: None. (We recommend travel insurance)
- Should Cooperstown Dreams Park and/or Cooperstown All Star Village cancel their seasons for any reason you will receive a refund less 10% of the total booking.
- There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks.
Refundable Security Deposit:
- A Refundable Security Deposit is required and will be automatically reserved for the booking.
- Refundable Security Deposit is included in the total amount.
- If damage occurs during your stay please notify your host immediately. The Security Deposit will be refunded to you after deducting a suitable amount to cover the damages.
- If, at the end of the rental period, the rental property is returned undamaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Security Deposit will be released no more than 30 days after your departure.
Etiquettes:
- Smoking and/or vaping inside the house is prohibited. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Any illicit activity prohibited by law, including drug usage, is strictly not allowed within the premises.
- NO team parties or large gatherings.
- Sorry, pets of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 9:00 AM.
Privacy Policy:
